Original finish guitar but there has been some tinkering by those who know better than I. The tuners have been changed, there is a second string tree hole. I feel the decal may be changed or incomplete. The pickups in the guitar are early ones from 1962 or 1963. The most recent owner bought these pickups  since the original pickups were missing when he bought the guitar. These are the good early  pickups. The guitar has just been refretted, it is a very good refret.
